Hospice in Sherwood

We are proud to have installed an oven at Hospice in Sherwood. As cancer and HIV have been so much part of my life as a palliative care nursing sister, this is a project very close to my heart. The breads made daily will be going into food parcels for the HIV patients in communities who have no means of getting food as they lie ill in the outer rural regions.

Siyathuthuka creche and school, part of the Bhambayi Project, were so excited to receive an oven. This microbakery feeds the children in the school and bread will be sold to the soup kitchen which feeds the community.
