Emvelowise – Folweni
We found another beautiful community where the ladies get together and, as a team, clean up 3 rivers in Folweni. They also grow vegetables to sell and recycle plastic. The wonderful thing about these women initiatives is that they remove alien plants and trees and use the alien wood in our breadmaking ovens instead of buying wood. We are so happy to say we have placed an oven into this project to empower them further to earn an income and feed the community.

Lucia and her team have opened their bakery next to Vukani Preschool in Ishwepe and are already hard at work with the bakery in full
Our expansion to different areas just keeps gets bigger. Sbongile has opened her bakery in a much needed, rural area in Hopewell. So much excitement!
Nobuhle waited patiently for an opportunity for a bakery at her premises in Hammarsdale. Good luck team, you were amazing to train.
Faith and her team have added a bakery to their beautiful centre to assist with skills development and provide the community with basic foodstuffs like
Thola and many ladies were trained for this initiative at the Coastal KZN College to provide skills development and the tools to feed their students
